Salmon is the first product we put in front of buyers. Other fish and seafood will follow. Shipments go by sea from Salalah with full documents and tracking.

Live animals for the Somali market, shipped by sea from Salalah. Animal-origin cargo can need a health certificate. We keep these papers with each shipment.

Trade corridor
One corridor, two cargo tracks.
The Port of Salalah is a major sea gateway to East Africa. Our fish and livestock go through it to Somalia. Every shipment is registered on one of two cargo tracks and carries a full set of papers.
Track 1 · Transit cargo
Goods passing through Salalah
Cargo from other countries, mainly China, that arrives at Salalah by sea and goes on to Mogadishu. It does not enter the Omani market.
Track 2 · Oman-origin export
Goods exported from Oman
Cargo from Oman, formally exported through Salalah to Mogadishu, with Omani customs export papers and a certificate of origin. Our seafood and livestock follow this track.

- Somalia Port AssociationConfirms arrival and discharge at Mogadishu and closes the record.
